About Race

What is RACE?

RACE (Research Advocacy for Community Empowerment) is a first-ever nationwide research competition and exhibition organized to be the largest simultaneously organized research event done in multiple locations by a country, which made an official attempt with the Guinness World Records. It is primarily designed to create opportunities for students, faculty, staff, professionals, and researchers-alike from different institutions to interrelate/interact with their counterparts in both a friendly yet competitive atmosphere.

It was conceived to provide an opportunity to develop research mindfulness through its Learning By Doing Research Heartsight Conference and to address issues on International Publication support and the creation of a synergistic ecology to promote the research motivation among researchers through an International Researchers Club, offer a friendly space for competition among Senior High School students and provide a poster exhibition and presentation opportunity for students, teachers and other professionals in different fields.

RACE has (3) three levels:

1. RACE-Division: Held last February 28, 2019, done in 78 divisions in the Philippines.

2. RACE PRO-Regional: Scheduled on between May 25-30, 2019, with host schools per region

3. RACE CHAMP-National: Scheduled on June 28, 2019 tentative at University of Sto.Tomas, Manila
